Tariffa Alta Stagione dal 01/08 al 30/08

Terms and conditions

• Rates do not include the applicable tourist tax from May 1st to September 30th. The tax is € 3,50 per day per person
• Rates are per room, per day and include breakfast and VAT 10%
• Supplements: Extra bed € 30,00 – Cradle € 20,00 per day
• Check-in: 14:00 – Check-out: until 10:30 am
• Check-out after 10:30 until 18:00 will be charged an extra cost of 100,00 € (late check-out is only possible under certain conditions. Contact staff first)
• Check-out after 18:00 will be charged the cost of one night
• Room cleaning is from 9.30 am to 11.30 am
• Methods of payment accepted: cash – credit card (except American Express)

Tourist tax information
The tourist tax is of € 3,50 per day per person, applicable from the 1st of June until the 30th of September.
Free from the payment: children up to ten years.

Cancel Booking and No-Shows Policy
Once the booking is confirmed the hotel agrees to reserve the requested services for the dates set
(as documented by a confirmation by e-mail)

• Reservations canceled within 30 days in the period before the date of arrival – no cost penalty

• Reservations canceled from 29 to 7 days from the date of arrival – 1 to 3 nights will be charged (at the discretion of the hotel)

• Reservations canceled from 7 to 0 days from the date of arrival – will be charged the full cost of your stay

• No Show – will be charged the full cost of your stay

• For reduction of stay or early departures will be charged 50% of the last living
